How could i be so blind
Never to blink, never to cry
you never explained or even
said goodbye.
turned your back in a blink
of an eye.
I stood for more than
a moment
forever frozen in time
wondering why.
how could she do that.
why didn't i see this sooner.
and then before the corner
brought you out of the
view of my eye.
you turned around and
smiled.
and i must admit. I'll
always wonder.
Why.
