Dreams of...
A successful career,
pretty clothes, great hair,
a fancy home, a cool ride,
the perfect boyfriend,
And Everyone in amazement.

Reality is...
It's my third year,
out-dated clothes, ordinary hair,
regular home, the bus I must ride,
a fluctuating relationship.
And Everyone,
And Everyone still in amazement.

The author's comments:
My current situations and struggles in life have inspired me to write this. I want people to know that even if they do not have everything they want or need to impress/ fit into society, they still can make a difference through their intelligence and heart.
