Into herself she crawled.
Searching for the secret.
The name to the emotion
That made a smile paint her face,
When all her heart could do was
Cry.
Her mind questioned truth.
Searching for the real.
The place she could,
Escape to
When her barriers
Fell.
The comments that she heard.
Searching for the words.
The feelings
Overwhelmed her,
As she fought for her way
Through.
Into the darkness she walked.
Searching for the light.
