Days of Summer

With the sun all hot and orange
I dream of winter and compare the two
Only to feel sad that winter is coming around
I only have two more weeks to bask in the sun
Being glad that school is out
Only to have my feelings change like the winds of a hurricane
But glad again to be able to spend time with friends and swim and fish
True I like winter
But nothing can compare to the Days of Summer
