Tick To-ck look at the clock. Two, three, you will see. Four, five, Our love will die. You fooled me once, twice, three times, plus four and five. And the sixth time, you finally made me cry.
Am torn inside, can't you see? The lies you told me, I believed. You fooled me once, the blame is on you. But since it's more than once, you can say its on me. Yet that's what hurts the most, I believed you.
I sit here, cry and die inside when I think of our last good-bye. Never will I forget those eyes that shine brighter then the sun above. I wont dare forget your touch, it's my essence within.
Say hello to good-bye. Say good-bye to us and the future we tried to build. Though, the memories will always, always stay inside. Why? Because I loved you, still do, and always will.

I like the way you ended with a message.  The poem shows strong emotions through creative style and word choices.
