A drop of rain
The ground all cracked,
Never kept intact,
Always dry and hot,
And I was told it is a good thing.
The sun scorched the earth,
Felt like hell for what it’s worth,
And I was told,
It is a good thing to bring.
This is life in a stack,
Dust in a crack,
But I was told,
“Rain is a good thing to bring”
