You and me
We sit under the innocent moonlight
You lean over and whisper,

“Zum Mond und Zurück”
To the farthest constellation,
Where new miracles are discovered

I am fixed in your orbit
I respond with a fragile smile and,

“Zur Sonne und Zurück”
To the greatest galaxy,
Even among the undying darkness

You and Me
We look into a telescope
You point to a distant star and said,

“Zum Mond und Zurück,”
We can be content
Present, past, and future

The sky foretells our kaleidoscopic future
as we stare at the glimmers of hope
I lean over and murmur,

“Zur Sonne und Zurück”
As long as the moon is there
We will always be

**note: “Zum Mond und Zurück” and “Zur Sonne und Zurück” is German for “To the moon and back” and “To the sun and back”**
