I am your daughter
Fighting against you until I get my way
I am determined
Although you call it stubborn
I am independent
Fending for myself because I'm your oldest
I yell when you anger me
I slam my door when you frustrate me
When I think you're being unfair
I roll my eyes, making sure you see it
I intentionally break your rules
Pushing the buttons I know all too well
I fight with my sister
Only because you hate it
I let the dog sleep in my bed
And although you say I'm spoiling her
I will continue to do it
I play my music too loud in the morning
I drive too fast in my new car
I am an 18 year old daughter
What else do you expect?
