together
sitting here with pictures of you and me,
thinking to myself asking how we could ever be.
doing the same routine everyday like the life of a racehorse,
but somehow i wound up on your everyday course.
you have the smile to light up the night,
you said hi and i took your hand without a fright.
everyday I'm with you its like the experience of a lifetime,
i shed a tear because that day is over at nighttime.
i love it when you are holding my hand,
bold and outgoing there we stand.
boy you lift my beet off the ground,
you hold me close without a sound.
the blood runs through my veins to keep me alive,
you are that blood and without you i could not survive.
