jealousy
a ticking bomb
slouching and slinking in the background
slowly crawling up
pouncing on the unsuspecting weak
tearing their hearts
to thing plastic shreds
roughly gnawing on their jugular
their niceness sweeps in
freezing hurt
the bomb falters
gazing uncertainly at the victim
its cruel face shifting
slanting sidewards
as the bitter dagger
slices
the jealous girl
we all have
inside
it hurts doesn't it?
getting stabbed
by the same bitter dagger
the gleaming blood thirsty dagger
the cruel unforgiving dagger
that sliced countless backs
countless unsuspecting girls
countless unaware people
countless innocent souls
it sucks doesn't it?
getting what you deserve
having fate slap you
like you deserve to be slapped
but we didn't notice
the pain we caused
until it tears through us
like a torturous plague
as the blackness thirsts
on your sobering sadness
and as your tears fall
the pounding rain crashing down
you realize.
