Creamy Tomato Soup

April 23, 2011
By Anonymous

Big Bowl
features plump summer tomatoes
picked and pureed
placed gently in a bowl

It starts in a warm pan
on a giant stove
as if it was meant to be
they slowly burst,
rippling red
Like rosy red cheeks

Different as it is
Creamy oh so luscious
croutons swimming on top
Asiago like ribbons

We had to do a imitation poem and I was craving tomato soup, so I thought, "what the heck, I'll do a poem about tomato soup."
