The fire rages in your stomach
The perpetual explosion in your heart, impossible to contain with the cold water rush of reason
After all, reason is for the weak in a primitive state.
He’s taken a step on you like a ladder,
Announcing dominance over you; and if you don’t stop or try to stop
The power trip, you deserved to have been stepped on.
If your position in the grand scheme was taken so easily,
You don’t deserve the position.
Leave reason to help the weak and trotted cope
The ones whose fire isn’t great enough to withstand a waterfall of superficial reason.
Whose perpetual explosion’s fuel seemed to run out all too quickly.
For if its not at the expense of the innocent masses,
Why shouldn’t the fire starter finally be burned?
You may have extinguished this star, maybe this time
But don’t be surprised when this star turns into a black hole of despair
and you are engulfed in the darkness of revenge.
You will surrender all your undeserved triumph and glory; you will be put back in place.
You will be put back in your spot above the weak and under the stronger, and you’ll have learned a lesson.
