You are everywhere I don’t want to be and everywhere I’m not
And he is everywhere I am and need to be
I thought it was you who I wanted but then that was long ago
You’re too far away to care and he is in hearts reach
So I think ill change my listener…….
You take his place and fixed all his mistakes
When he left them here with me
You took his place and made it yours
Helped me to forget painful memories
He used to be what I wanted
Now it’s you I see
You are in hearts reach…
My new listener

i actually thought this up while driving listening to a song called Texas Was You by Jason Aldean, so i guess his song inspired me in a way.
