It’s scary
You're scary
Pull me out of what I let myself feel
Stop it.
Emotions
Ones I don’t want to feel
It’s dangerous
Explosive
All the pieces of me
Scattered on my floor
Because of you
Because of what you do to me
Inside.
Yet,
I like it.
I like the butterflies
Swarming inside
Even if the tickles
Stab my guts.
I like
Your smile
Even if it burns
A hole in my mind
That sizzles and fries
And almost leave me blind.
You’re a dangerous obsession
The kind that kills
That wounds
The scars
And
Softens
Bubbles
Twinkles.
Fears are nothing but obstacles
Ones I’ll have to climb
If I want to get to you.
My tortured obsession.
