It's kind of confusing at first, but it's not about looks or hiding pimples. It's about hiding things in your life and keeping everything bubbled in. The smile part refers to a fake smile, only seeming happy but hurting on the inside. It's how I used to be.

Not confusing at all, i wrote a poem like this before, and it represents perfectly my freshmen year of highschool. i like it, its straightforward but also makes you think. nice job :)
