A crippled lady
Leaning on her cane
Walks to the rocker out on the deck
And she moves slowly
Making her way to the chair
Bent legs and wrinkled fingers
Heading to the chair
Hobbling sweetly
Meek and gentle
To the rocking chair
To rest her feet
To give her mind a chance to run wild
No longer confined to A cane, bent legs, and wrinkled fingers

The author's comments:
This piece is about how often times we see old people walking with canes and such, and often forget that they still imagine and think. It's easy to confine them to their physical incapability's.
