Just Like You
Judgemental people everywhere
Looking for something to criticize
I have some friends that feel judged
Just for being different
And being themselves
Two guys or two girls
Whichever way
Is a big issue
That's what we say
The issue really is that big
I have friends that take this route
Their confidence is shifted both ways
People bring them down constantly
Yet they feel more accepted too
I used to be one that brought them down
Left and right I would say something
As of late my eyes have been opened
They are just the same
Only they have different beliefs
So do we feel guilty
For bringing them down
Or do we not care
People are people no matter what
Let's give them the same respect
For they can be just like you
