Unworthy
The need to hit
to punch
to lash out at everything
The need to be secretive
to keep everything to yourself
to not tell
to keep emotions bottled inside
The need to taunt
to tease
to hurt.
The sadness
the anger
the hurting
the unbearable pain, constantly with you
The voice,
the critical voice
saying "you're not good enough,
you'll never be good enough"
the longing for people to understand
to feel your pain,
to comfort you,
the feeling of imperfection
fat
ugly
unwanted
and unworthy.
