With the wind
Bodies move to allow me access,
They watch with mild interest,
But none of that matters,
It’s you and I,
Moving as if in a dream.
And finally here you are,
Gazing at me like I’m precious piece of art,
Your eyes hold me in an embrace
For just a moment,
I must memorize, memorize, memorize,
Because soon, I know you will be gone,
Only a fading memory,
Just like everything else.
