How do you spell love?
H-A-T-E
How do you spell love?
D-E-A-T-H
He says
D-R-U-G-S
She says M-O-N-E-Y
How do you pronounce love?
Cheat-ing
How do you pronounce love?
Bruised –Kissed – Skin
He says Be-trayl
She says Mis-take
He says Dri-nk
She says The-Bed
And I say not real
but the teacher says
Love
L-O-V-E
How do you spell love?
L-O-V-E?
Guess i'll just keep on a trying till the words
taste right in my mouth
But teacher please be patient for if I spell love
P-A-I-N
Know that I am trying and learning
And if I have to i'll write love fifty times over on a single piece of paper
Till I get it right
How do you spell love?
L-O-V-E

An interesting poem. I liked what you were trying to say. Pretty good on clarity. A few weak spots, but overall, you have a really great idea at the base of it all. Not sure I understood the title. Would you please comment on my poems titled Without the Writer and the Printer? I would really love your input on them! :)
