Baby Please Forgive Me
She knew what had happened
She knew what she had done
It was something she could never end
It was somewhat of a pun
For she was hot as fire
Yet, still cold as ice
Angered by a liar
Pretending to be nice
She knew she shouldn’t have done it
She knew it wasn’t right
She felt the punishment was fit
Although he would put up a fight
Murder in the second degree
Lifelessness filled her path
This time it was no small fee
While it’s the original offender who gets the last laugh
For it was not he who died
