I cry for the things I cannot have
but are so close I could touch them
I love the things I can't live without
and would be nothing without them
I laught at simple things
to remind me life can always be good
I wait for you forever
because I know that you are right around the corner
I dream because I can
and without dreams my world would fade away
I hope for there to be a day
when I can look you in the eyes and say
I
Love
You
without getting a broken heart

This poem goes all over the place but mainly focuses on telling someone you love them and waiting for them.
