She's a cold hearted poet
with love sharp as a bullet,
that cuts through the air and wounds those that are in it.

Uncontrollable words are said with hatred
and nothing she does anymore is held sacred.

She wonders if this pain will ever leave.
Her world, turned upside down with sadness leaves her to grieve
for someone that she once loved, whose now gone.
He ruined her. Now she only sees love as wrong.

Pushing away family, she is filled with anger.
She gets in the wrong crowd and puts her life in danger.

She longs to feel anything but this numbness.
While she's trapped in her painful world, alone feeling love-less.
