"Some of the best and most beautiful things cannot be seen or even touched, they must be felt with the heart." Helen Keller

The wind whipped my hair
Back
and
Forth
Back
and
Forth
Thousands of tiny limbs
Dancing
To
and
Fro
The rain stung my eyes
Like tiny
Little

Nettles
The sky wept
Bruised
and

Bleeding
I climbed the sycamore
Bark stripping
As I shimmied upwards

Slowly
Night crept in
On the back of a robin's wing
Silence
and

the sound of crickets
Ensued.
Stars dusted the heavens
Constellations traced patterns
Above mt head
Dancing figures
and

Twirling colors

I fell

From the tree

To the river

When I collided
Darkness ensued
