There's a Knife inside my Stomache
There is a knife in my stomach
Plunged there suddenly
By my own imagination
By someone I cannot see
There is a rock shoved in my windpipe
I’m finding it hard to breathe
A sudden swift sensation
Ruthlessly killing me
There is a pain inside me
Deep inside my brain
Telling me I’m all alone
And I should be ashamed
No external enemy caused this
No great powers that be
Only one person makes me feel this way
And that person is me
