The snow,
like you soul,
melts away,
the tears drip down you face,
and melt away,
the stars,
like your optimism,
fade away,
the smile slips from your face,
and fades away,
people,
like your happiness,
come and go,
they barely come into your life,
before they walk on by,
the ocean,
like you secrets,
makes waves,
your eyes glisten with a pain,
that will never go away.
