The love that filled your heart.
The smile across your face.
The late night talks.
The songs we’d sing.
The long walks.
The endless drives to nowhere.
All the things I never thought I’d miss.
All the things my heart yearns for.
I was careless with our love.
Careless with your heart.
And now my heart pays the price.
I watch as you happily live your life.
Collecting dust.
Shoved away in a corner.
Like an out grown pair of shoes.
Hidden desires.
Unspoken ‘I love yous’.
Forever silenced in my mind.
