Standing by the window

Standing by the window the light shining in lighting
up my room in the day and sometimes
at night no matter what i do
I can never seem to block out the light
until it’s a gloomy day and then the light
still manages to find its way into my room
so I put an object over the window to
keep the light from coming into
my room and life and blinding me.
