as i wait

As the Grim Reaper
comes for me.
I await his arrival
with a smile.
I await to break
his simple rules
maybe beat him in a game
or a fiddle war, there's
one thing i got to say
"I can't play the fiddle but I sure ain't going down
without a fight!"
I await you Grim.
With more curiosity
than ever I might
be scared. But when
you come I'll be ready
and if you want a fiddle
war, well, you bring a fiddle.
I'm bringing a gun.
In the end
you will be back someday
as I wait I'm thinking
of another way to cheat you.
