The uniform, not so unfamiliar
But a striped red and white tie?
Oh! So new….So fresh….
The day I changed my school.
Here I go, so small but witty,
Removes a spectacle of a friend,
Whom I started calling Likitha,
But Alas! She was Nikitha!
My face often covered by a book,
A girl who wanders near office,
After few shouts from teachers.
And here am I,
Reflecting the past.
With a smile
That draws the history into my mind.
