Am I mad?
I killed him vehemently
For my anxiety was to claim me victim
A pale corpse
Every night the vulture slowly envelopes
Seizing me
The eye!
It haunted me
Cold, pale, blue, vulture

This is a found poem using words from Edgar Allen Poe's 'The Tell-Tale Heart'. I wrote this in the point of view of the caretaker/murderer. He is trying to justify what he did to the old man...
