Meals
I failed a test, so what’s the
Deal?
I’ve got two parents that love me
Lots
With albums full of vacation
Shots
But now I’m 13, with big shoes to
Fill
And an old friend offers a crushed up
Pill
I feel the urge to take it, right then and
There
My blood slows as a shatter my own
Welfare
I weave through like it’s just some
Game
But deep down, I relent my buried
Shame
With hopes that I’ll reclaim my life on that
Shelf
For I’ve become an outcast to
Myself
