Who said people learn from their mistakes?
Well they only haunt me
My slips and falls laugh at me
And tell me that I’m stupid
My friends do not know
The things I’ve seen
The things I’ve done
But I do, and I can’t stop thinking about them
The worst of times are crystal clear
So what if we could eradicate
All the bad memories stored in our heads?
A giant eraser that can
Rub off all of our ordeals
Or a backspace key
That can wipe off anything on the computer
And leave only the joyful events
