Logic
I am a logical person
I believe that romance is frivolous
I do not believe that my soul has a mate
There is a gaping chasm between my heart and my brain,
my logic and my emotions
I believe that humanity is pathetic,
And we dramatize love to try give our empty and base life some sort of
meaning
Love is groundless hope
Love is not unconditional
Love is not self sacrificing
Love allows people to live under the guise of that they are not as
pathetic as they know they are
Love is patronizing
Love doesn't make you any smarter, prettier, or in anyway a better person
Love is the delusion that people can change
Love is nothing
I fervently believed it
....until I met him.
