how would you feel without techonolgy?

How would you feel without technology?
Would you feel happy and glad that you have nothing to worry about? Or would it make you depressed that you’re living without it.
Well my opinion is if I lived without technology it would make me go and do things that I haven’t done in awhile or try new things because it would get me living in the real world by not depending on technology to distract me from connecting with reality.
