is there a way out of this?
out of this place,
this feeling of misery??

never gaining,
only losing....

some say that life is
like a game of jump rope,
but what if life is like the

two people on the end
of the rope, stationary,
and you are the jump rope?

then the game is over,

down, down, down,
new game begins

and it's up, down
up, down, up, down,
up, down, up, down,

all over again??

is there a way out of this?
out of this vicous circle,
a way out of being down?

is there a way to stay up?
