It does a lot more than just get rid of a little rage
It's a place to write about all the things you've ever wondered why
Or just a blank page to release a silent cry
A piece of paper that could take you on a journey to be completely free
Or a blank page to thank all those that were ever there for me
A piece of paper where you can write your secrets
Your mistakes or just your heartaches
A piece of paper where you can store all your memories away
Or an I love you, that's actually there to stay
It's more than just another poem written on a piece of paper
