Summers Day

The sun is out,
The children play,
What to do on this beautiful day?
Do I go to the mall?
Head to the beach?
Go to a buffet and have a feast?
Boredom from the last two semesters,
What should I do?
Tired of work,
Don’t want to move,
Hopefully my summer will go by smooth,
Have a lot to gain but, nothing to lose,
Summertime is so cool,
Two to three month’s,
Of NO SCHOOL!
Everything a teen can ask for,
Money, friends, freedom,
And plenty more,
Time to be amazed,
Unexpected events on each day,
Summer is what we crave,
Thank God it’s Summers Day.
