what creature has two hearts?

the rain wont stop falling
the lightning cant stop shaking my whole body from breaking.
my heart suddenly stops beating
and suddenly i noticed the stare youre giving me.
the look on your face made me cry
that look, i swear it could break a thousand hearts.
you broke me
you knew that.
you left me
you dont have to say it but i know you cant help it.
you broke us
i hope you knew that.
you left our chance
you stepped on it and threw it on my face.
what creature has two hearts?
you,
cause you took mine with you.

You can use apostrophes and you can still work with the flow. And regarding the last line, I think you should have used because instead of cause but it's okay anyway. :))
