Who is she?
She has the big house
She has the nice cars
But no one sees the scars
Beautiful face
Amazing body
But has anyone seen her mommy
Long brown hair
Naturally tanned skin
But what about the place she is in
And her life goes by in such a blur
She is of course daddy’s little girl
But no one knows where she came from
Or that she doesn’t know who her brothers are
Jet skiing everyday in the summer
And vacations like no other
She can only sit and wonder
Who is this girl that I see
Am I the rich girl or a peasant to be
I don’t know who I am
And this broken heart is getting harder to mend
She fights the pain
But the tears fall all the same
Yes this is all true
I would never lie to you
This is my life and I try to live it
But how can I’m barely in it
Who is this girl I see
I guess….it’s me….

Sometimes, that girl who seems so strong, who never lets what people say bother her, who smiles and laughs with her friends all the time, is really the girl who, deep down, is falling to pieces.
