The time has come to tell this man my confession.
He needs to know how much he means to me,
How his knowledge, wisdom, love, comprehension,
Helped this broken heart heal and understand.
Understand that knowledge comes with responsibility.
That wisdom is gained by the power of will a person has to learn something new.
That love is something unexplainable.
That comprehension is the ability of being aware of someone else’s feelings.
This man has done more for this young girl than her own father.
He has been there in her time of need
To show her that even when she felt alone,
Even when she felt the need to burn of steam,
Even when her life was falling apart,
He was there to hold her hand and guide her to the lighted path.
This man changed the life of this young woman.
He gave her many reasons why she should appreciate her life.
This man was my teacher.
He is my friend.
This man has done so much for her,
That she cannot comprehend why,
Why the Lord put him in her life.
This girl wants to let this man know how much he has done for her.
