Love is a sour patch kid
Breaking your heart, shattering into pieces
Sour…pungent, no taste
Realizing what’s been lost
He wants me back, turns sweet…affectionate, sympathetic just like any boy should be
Problem is I don’t like sour patch kids, I spit him out in the trash, where he belongs
Love is a sour patch kid
Sour! Sweet! Gone!
