Mommy, I’m scared.
I had a nightmare…
I killed myself in the dream.
Mommy, I think about it a lot.
I plan it too.
Mommy, please stop me.
I sit in my room and cry Mommy.
When you asked me what I was wrong…
And I said I was fine…
I lied Mommy.
I’m so sorry.
I didn’t know how to tell you Mommy.
But now I will.
So, Mommy, please help me.
