Scars
My heart is broke,
It's torn in two,
and nobody has any glue.
My heart is like Humpty-Dumpty after he fell.
No one could put him back together.
My heart can be taped,
but that just hides the breaks.
There will always be scars, and behind the scars...there is pain.
I may be able to get it to tame, but what's the point?
There will always be cuts and nobody can fix the pain.
But now you know and I'm already gone.
I just wrote this to say, that you should have found enough glue to keep me from wasting away.
