Fate
You can Hate it
You can Love it
You can’t Delay it
Or Accelerate it
It will Come
And it will Go
It won’t Stop
And it won’t End
It may feel like a Blur
Or become rather Obscure
But fate is nothing to hate…

I was inspired by watching people's lives and relationships come and go through the "river of time"

I feel this shows what the poet thinks.  I would love to read a poem that shows how this poet sees and feels the world.  Or maybe it's the poet's fate to think about the world instead of feeling it.  :-)

I like how the author creates a tension in the language.  First the author says one can hate fate.  By the end of the poem the author reconsiders and declares that fate is nothing to hate.  I wonder why the author's ideas changed between the start and the end of this brief, yet intriguing poem.
