Fading faces
Our hearts are in
Different places
I feel love
You feel... what?
These doors we opened
Should have been kept shut
Your hand in mine
I feel your heat
The hearts in our chests
At a fast paced beat
Stares of intensity, wonder, and more
I feel more towards you
Than I did before
I'm inching closer
You're pulling away
I thought your warmth
Was here to stay
I'm screaming your name
You cannot hear
You took my heart
You broke it dear
