Silence

Mt heart beats in a fear that the beat won't be heard. my mind thinks in the fear that it wont be heard. my body moves in fear that it wont be heard.. but in silence i hear my heart beat i understand each beat and each pause. in silence every feeling conclusion and solution in silence i hear every movement i make. i understand every tear sigh chill and shake.. and then it is all heard and i know longer fear.. silence is where every thing is heard..
