More Power

A long time ago
Horses were the way
To pull, to plow, to ride and show
All for a bale of hay

More power was dough
So inventors made tractors
To pull, to plow, to ride and show
All for diesel at just a quarter

Today time is all we know
So once again we to need to invent
To pull, to plow, to ride and show
So caterpillars, combines and GPS we've met

This story is part of the American Dream for farmers. They began working the land with just horses and as time and money became a necessity they created machines that could give more power.
