Staring eyes
Blank and emotionless
That's what they see
On the outside
Guilty and fearful
Caught in the open
Cautious yet curious
Trapped forever
Lies follow
With the pain
Stabbing, Scarring,
Bruises
That wont heal
On the inside
I cannot show
On the inside
The pain grows
A hole of empty
Hungry and Greedy
Always there
In timeless despair
Silence is power
Darkness is safe
Don't stray from the path
It seals your fate

...wow that was so cool and kind of fun to read. Sad to say, I can relate to that completely and I get exactly what your talking about. Very moving and powerful poem i loved it. The best one I've read so far I tagged this as a favorite.
