He still has me
Full time job and still in school
No reply, no conversation when he gets home
In community college, an educated fool?
They had a lot in common, but could never discover
Is how it should be between brother and brother?
His bosses knew he needed help
But just made his self-esteem continue to melt
I know he’s young, he needs to be brought to his feet
They told you in school, with life, you can’t cheat
But what do I know, I’m not even seventeen
I heard him raging on the phone, it sent chills down my spleen
I’m 5 years younger, so what, age is just a number
And even though we barely talk, I’ll always love you big brother
